SALMON WITH PINEAPPLE & CREAM |
2 1/2 pounds salmon, cut in 4 pieces
4 slices pineapple, fresh or canned,
chopped
1/2 cup cream, boiled
4 tablespoons butter
seasonings to taste
Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
Bake in moderate oven for about 20
minutes. Then serve.
